Victoria city

The project of Victoria city is not a new idea. The concept come from the New urbanism , a discipline of the urbanism that try to resolve the problem of the sprawl city. In that case , this "small cities" have everything that the people need, including education, jobs, health, equipment,etc.
In the case of Victoria City the design could be interensting, folowwing the pattern of the new urbanism , trying to avoid the travells between the city and the suburbs.
victoria city could be a posibility of new city but the autorithies have to think in the sustentability of that, the way of the same people that live there , work there. for that , these people need especial education and preparation for these kind of jobs.

For another hand, i didnt see something about the sustentability of the building incluiding the enviroment. How they work and how they can use less energy with the natural resourses.

Is an interensting idea that need more develop in the use of energies.
